Impact 100 Names Recipients Of $525,000 In Grants

Impact 100 Baldwin County granted $525,000 to five area nonprofits in grants at its annual Evening of Impact on November 2. Impact 100 Baldwin County named Baldwin Pops, Inc.; Baldwin County Education Coalition, Inc.; Mobile Baykeeper, Inc.; Youth-Reach Gulf Coast; and Prodisee Pantry, Inc. as its grant winners. Each agency was chosen from the focus areas of “Arts & Culture & Recreation”; “Education”; “Environment & Preservation”; “Family”; and “Health & Wellness.” Each will receive $105,000 from the philanthropic organization, which has invested $5.5 million to Baldwin County since 2008. The recipients were selected from a competitive field of applicants and vetted by a rigorous review process including site visits, financial analysis and in-depth discussions. The event also kicked off Impact 100’s membership campaign for 2024. Events will be held throughout the county in the coming months for women interested in learning more about membership.
