Wild Lights At The Zoo Is Tomorrow

The Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo in Gulf Shores invites the community to its family-friendly Wild Lights: Holiday Jeeps event on December 7 at 5-8 p.m. Holiday-decorated Jeeps will line the pathways inside the zoo, creating a winter wonderland of lights. It will include photographs with Santa, children’s arts and crafts, animal ambassador meet and greets, music and hot chocolate. The fundraiser will help provide care and enrichment to the 300-plus animals at the zoo and help it provide conservation education and programs that continue its mission of allowing people to engage with wildlife to encourage them to protect the world around them. Tickets are $10 per person. Those with a zoo membership or who are two years old or younger may enter for free.
