The California-based company takes its name from renowned racehorse Secretariat. The developers for Fast Pace Urgent Care paid $225,000 for land on Highway 98 just east of Schillinger Road in Semmes and plans to build an urgent care facility there, according to Herrington Realty, which handled the transaction. A local investor paid $350,000 for a 55-unit storage unit facility at 215 Saraland Boulevard in Saraland, according to Brandon Broadus of CRE Mobile, who represented the seller. Tammy Curl of Roberts Brothers worked for the buyer. Infirmary Home Health Agency/LHC has leased 7,500 ft2 of office space on the 10th floor of the Bel Air Tower at 851 East I-65 Service Road in Mobile, according to Nathan Handmacher of Zarzour Cos., who represented the landlord. The tenant provides hospice and home health services and is relocating from its Airport Boulevard location in early August.
