Ashurst Niemeyer Changes Property Management Co. Name

BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. — Ashurst Niemeyer Real Estate recently announced its property management company name has been changed to Level Property Management Group. Over the last 15 years, Ashurst Niemeyer has grown to be one of the top property and association management companies in Baldwin County and acquired Baldwin County Property Management, Podium Management and Meyer Long Term Management. The name change is “a step to move ahead in our desire to deliver the greatest property management experience and better serve owners, tenants and associations throughout Baldwin County,” the group said in a press release.
