Baldwin County Housing Report Shows Further Gains
The Baldwin REALTORS Multiple Listing Service reports thatApril saw a drastic increase of properties sold in the “Resort” area at 160.3%, compared to properties sold in April 2020. The “Traditional Residential” area of Baldwin County saw a 32.4% increase in properties sold. Together, the entire county experienced 826 properties sold this April, compared to 507 last April. Possibly even more encouraging, the report said, is that the county had net growth in new listings this past month: 974 properties were added to the service. Along with the increase in sold properties, the “Resort” area of Baldwin County also saw a significant decrease in days on market (DOM).
