Burton Property Group Adds To Executive Leadership

Burton Property Group (BPG), a Southeastern property-development firm, recently announced the promotion of Joe Roe Burton to director of business development and the addition of Robin Hayles as director of property services. Both moves take effect March 25. In his expanded role, Burton will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships and enhancing the company’s market presence. Burton’s focus will include expanding the company’s portfolio and exploring innovative approaches to real estate development. As a new member of BPG’s executive team, Hayles brings more than 20 years of experience managing nearly all commercial asset classes including manufacturing, industrial, retail, office and medical office. Prior to joining BPG, Hayles held various senior management positions with expertise covering a spectrum of asset and property management including strategic planning, budget optimization, sustainability initiatives and team leadership. She has streamlined operations, enhanced property values and performance and ensured tenant satisfaction.
