Thomas Co., Inc. represented both the seller, Full Gospel Native Missionary, and the buyer, Blue Pines Hideaway Holdings LLC, in the sale of 6.3 acres at 1705 Dauphin Island Parkway in Mobile. The property sold for $705,256 and will be held as an investment. Previously, it was the site of a Ramada Inn and has high visibility with service road access to I-10. It was noted the property is convenient to the Mobile Downtown Airport; Mobile Aeroplex at Brookley; Airbus Final Assembly Line Plant; U.S. Army Reserve; Daher Aerospace; and numerous restaurants, hotels and businesses.
