King Hands Broker Role To Bodenhamer At Young’s Suncoast

After many years at Young’s Suncoast Realty & Vacation Rentals, Gerald King has made the decision to pass on the title of qualifying broker to Jordan Bodenhamer. King’s journey with Young’s Suncoast began in 1975 when he co-founded Young’s Realty, LLC with David Bodenhamer. Later, George Bodenhamer joined as a third partner, and together, the trio saw the company through many changes. King remains with Young’s Suncoast as an operating partner. Jordan Bodenhamer, daughter of David Bodenhamer, has held a real estate license for 12 years and currently maintains a multi-brokerage license. Young’s Suncoast Realty & Vacation Rentals has been providing real estate, property management and vacation rental services for nearly 50 years.
