According to AL.com, Dairy Queen paid $565,000 for a 1.3-acre site on HIghway 59 in Foley in front of Old Time Pottery. It plans to build a new restaurant and open next year, according to Angie McArthur and Kaelan McArthur of Stirling Properties, who represented the buyer. Also in Foley, 7 Brew Coffee paid $435,000 for a 0.5-acre site at 3201 South McKenzie Street, and construction is underway on a drive-thru store, according to Andrew Dickman of Stirling, who represented the seller. In Mobile, Airport Liquor has leased 1,350 ft2 at 7080 Airport Boulevard, according to Leigh Dale Younce of SRS Real Estate Partners, who represented the landlord.
