According to AL.com, a local physician paid $205,000 for the former Whole Hog Bar B Q property at 307 Young Street in Fairhope and plans to develop his medical offices there, according to Kim Ward of Kim Ward Realty, who handled the transaction. The seller was Leodis Mitchell, who has owned the property since the 1940s. In Mobile, the former Beckham’s Florist & Gifts building on 1.93 acres at 7850 Airport Boulevard was purchased by investors for $215,000, according to John M. Delchamps of Merrill P. Thomas Co., who handled the transaction. Also in Mobile, Health Connect America has leased 4,841 ft2 of office space at 6404 Hillcrest Park Court, according to Jeff Barnes of Stirling Properties, who represented the landlord. Josh Hall of CRE Mobile worked for the tenant. Another Mobile firm, Caldwell Wenzel & Asthana, PC: Injury & Accident Lawyers, has leased 1,750 ft2 of office space at 1110 Hillcrest Road, according to Angie and Kaelan McArthur of Stirling, who represented the landlord. Barnes worked for the tenant. Finally, Mobile’s Healthy Harvest CBD has leased 2,944 ft2 of retail space in Top Music Plaza at 3656 Government Boulevard, according to Kaelan McArthur, who represented the landlord.
