Mobile-based real estate sales and marketing firm Sam Winter and Co., Inc. of Mobile recently announced the addition of agent James “Jim” Wagoner as an agent. As an attorney with years of experience in real estate law and a licensed realtor in Alabama, Wagoner brings a background in real estate, business and finance to the company. He has experience with unique properties, such as historic ones. He also serves as vice chairman of the City of Mobile’s Architectural Review Board. Wagoner received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Alabama.
