Sam Winter & Co. Real Estate Statistics

Sam Winter & Co. recently shared sales statistics for the real estate market in Mobile County in its newsletter. In August, there were 421 homes sold, with the number of homes on the market at 796. Compared to August 2022, this is a 3.1% decrease in housing inventory. However, the average sales price is up nearly 10.7% compared to last August. Homes are staying on the market for an average of 35 days. The newsletter continues, adding that “this means our market is continuing to stabilize as the days on market and the housing inventory [continue] to increase. But homes are still selling quickly and for great sales prices if they are priced correctly and are in good condition.”
