Stirling Properties has announced the following real estate transactions: A local investor has purchased approximately 0.6 acre on the southeast corner of Highway 181 and County Road 32 in Fairhope. The use is yet to be determined. Amanda Goldman, advisor with Stirling, worked with the buyer, and Connie Glassford with Alabama Gulf Coast Properties handled the transaction for the sellers. Additionally, an out-of-town investor purchased a total of 39 acres on Highway 48 in Robertsdale and will develop a residential subdivision. Jay O’Brien, senior advisor with Stirling, handled the transaction.
