Frank N Lola’s Wins Award, Plans To Open Physical Location

For three years in a row, Frank N Lola’s food truck has won the People’s Choice award in the annual Mobtown Burger Week competition held by Restore Mobile, and owners Kyle and Christina Urrutia now plan to open a restaurant at 8887 Grand Bay Wilmer Road, north of Interstate 10 in Grand Bay, AL.com reports. The pair is aiming for a mid-January opening and the restaurant’s menu will feature a number of signature smashburgers along with chicken sandwiches, Chicago-style hot dogs and polish sausage dogs. Once the store opens, the owners’ focus will be on the brick-and-mortar side of things, but a new, larger Frank N Lola’s trailer is going through the approval and permitting process. Fans can expect to see it at select local events in 2026.
