Tower Homes’ Patch Place Debuts, Model Home Open

Tower Homes’ first exclusive Baldwin County community, Patch Place, has seven homes currently under construction and three already under contract. Offering 64 secluded lots in the heart of Daphne, Patch Place is represented by Kristen Meador with Bellator Real Estate. Patch Place features a fully furnished model home, complete with a design studio where buyers can meet with a Tower Homes design consultant to personalize their homes. Phase two of the community is to begin soon.
