USA Health Videographer Wins Two Tellys

Andrew Conniff, a member of the USA Health Office of Marketing and Communications, was recently recognized with two awards in the “Biography, Non-Broadcast” category during the 47th Telly Awards. He won a Silver Telly for a video that chronicled former patient Sydnee Cantley’s care through treatment at USA Health Children’s & Women’s Hospital and a Bronze Telly that followed 1st Lt. Nathan Cole’s treatment at USA Health Kelly Butler ALS Center. Previously, Conniff won two other Telly Awards, in 2024 and 2025, for videos about patients cared for at USA Health. A graduate of the University of South Alabama, he previously worked as a photojournalist in TV news, where he was named 2019 Photojournalist of the Year by the Alabama Broadcasters Association. The awards are judged by an industry body of more than 200 leading experts from advertising agencies, production companies and major TV networks.
