Transworld Brokers Peaches’n Clean Sale

Bill Kleinschrodt and his team at Transworld Business Advisors of the Gulf Coast recently brokered Brent and Macie Long’s acquisition of Peaches’n Clean Carpet Cleaning in Mobile and Daphne. Business advisors Kleinschrodt, Chris Bruner and Becky Jones assisted the buyers and sellers with negotiations and transitioning the business. Megan Owens, business acquisition and expansion specialist at Live Oak Bank, provided financing for the purchase. Peaches’n Clean has been a family-owned operation for more than 30 years, and the sellers, Richard and Cindy Cox, “wanted to make sure they were leaving the company and its employees in excellent hands,” Transworld said. “After meeting Brent and Macie Long, they knew they had found the right couple to trust with their legacy. Brent and Macie are well-positioned to build upon the foundation set by the previous owners with their plans for growth.”
