Hale Named PWB Chairperson

Coastal Stone and Cabinetry co-owner Stephanie Hale has been named chairperson for the National Association of Home Builders Professional Women in Building Council (PWB). Hale has nearly 14 years of experience and will strive to foster a supportive and empowering environment for women at all stages of their careers. PWB says it is “the voice of women in the building industry—dedicated to promoting industry professionalism and supporting members at the local, state and national levels.” The local PWB, which was formed two years ago, is within the local Baldwin County Home Builders Association. Its mission is to assist the association in all things construction-related to support local builders, affiliates, associates and businesses. In June 2023, PWB held the first Baldwin Girls Build Camp, hosting 18 seventh-, eighth- and ninth-grade girls. The council is planning to host this again this year on June 3-7. PWB represents members in all facets of the industry as builders, developers, remodelers, trade contractors, architects, marketers, designers and mortgage brokers.
