MMA recently announced the opening of a new southern regional office in Fairhope that will be headed by regional trial lawyer and litigator Neal C. Townsend. This new office will primarily handle cases and claims in Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia and the Florida Panhandle. MMA said Townsend is an experienced litigator and skilled trial attorney who has taken numerous cases to verdict in both state and federal courts. Before joining MMA, he was a partner for an Am Law 200 firm, the primary practice of which was complex litigation with concentrations in the areas of construction defects, transportation and logistics, catastrophic personal injury and representing professionals in malpractice cases.
