According to AL.com, a local real estate investment firm paid $3.385 million for a 32,000-ft2 office warehouse in the I-10 Commerce Center at 30466 Sgt. E.I. “Boots’’ Thomas Drive in Spanish Fort, according to Jeremy Friedman of Katapult Properties, who represented the buyer. Joe Steen of Joe Steen Real Estate worked for the seller. In Fairhope, a local investor paid $840,000 for Crazy Clean Coin Laundry at 9965 Twin Beech Road, according to Crawford Stitt of White-Spunner Realty, who handled the transaction. The 1,500-ft2 laundromat will continue to operate at the location.
