Gulf Shores to Host Beach Volleyball Championship

According to The Baldwin Times, the NCAA recently announced that the NC Beach Volleyball Championship will continue to be held through the 2023-2024 season in Gulf Shores, where it has been held since 2016. Gulf Shores, the University of Alabama at Birmingham and the Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Sports Commission will continue to host the event at Gulf Place, the city’s main public beach. In conjunction with the NCAA event, the Gulf Coast Region Volleyball Association hosts hundreds of youth and adult pairs adjacent to the championship site for national qualifiers.
