The Hope Farm Hires Chef Briand, Teases New Fairhope Concept

The Hope Farm in Fairhope has announced that Bill Briand, a five-time James Beard nominated chef who was the executive chef at Fisher’s at Orange Beach Marine for 10 years, is joining the company as it prepares to expand into a new concept in Fairhope.
